Is nurse support medical diagnosis or treatment?
NO. Our nurse support is non-diagnostic triage, practical guidance and escalation advice. If nurses identify emergency signs they will advise immediate in-person care. They do not prescribe or provide definitive clinical diagnoses online.
What are “urgent” signs, where I should call emergency services immediately?
If your child shows difficulty breathing, blue/pale lips, limpness/unresponsiveness, seizures, persistent high fever with poor feeding, or choking — call local emergency services first, then message URGENT to our WhatsApp so we can escalate and support logistics.
How fast does Gold nurse triage respond and what is the Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
Gold support begins on delivery day. Typical nurse intro occurs within 2 hours of delivery confirmation; during Day0→Day7 we aim to respond to triage messages within 2–4 hours for non-urgent queries.
